George Lambrou, International Arbitration specialist and Thomas Cooper Partner to instruct the CIARB Award Writing Course in Athens, Greece

George Lambrou, FDCIArb, Partner, Thomas Cooper will be instructing the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB) module 4 Award Writing course, in Athens, Greece.

The five month course, which is a combination of private study and face to face tutorials focuses on the processes followed by an arbitrator in defining the issues that have to be decided by an Award, dealing with the submissions made by the parties, analysing the appropriate law, evaluating the evidence, applying the law to that evidence, arriving at a conclusion and then writing a final, reasoned and enforceable Award.

The course is the final step to obtain CIARB Membership.
