Peter is a solicitor based in our London office and a member of our finance group. He specialises in banking law including both secured lending and regulatory work. Peter also regularly advises on company commercial and employment matters including both contentious and non-contentious work.
Career
Peter joined Thomas Cooper in October 2008 having trained with a leading national firm. Peter read law and politics at Cardiff University and completed his LPC at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. He has also spent time with a leading law firm in South Africa and has worked in-house for a major UK based petroleum company.
