Expertise

Mark is a partner in the Commercial Litigation department of our London office.
Mark was a driving force in the successful appeal of Blue Sphere Global Limited in the High Court, a decision which was subsequently upheld by the Court of Appeal. Mark has considerable expertise and is well known for advising on commercial fraud litigation, appearing on behalf of clients in the First Tier Tribunal Tax Chamber and is a leading practitioner in this area.
Mark also specialises in futures, derivatives and finance related litigation regularly advising clients in substantial Commercial Court disputes.
Mark is frequently instructed on high value, complex, cross border litigation and advises clients on matters involving all aspects of injunctive relief, insolvency law and a wide range of commercial disputes.

Career

Mark joined Thomas Cooper in 2007 and has been a commercial litigation practitioner since 2001. He read Politics and History at Manchester University.
