Expertise
Mark is a solicitor in our London office and was a driving force in the successful appeal of Blue Sphere Global Limited. He has considerable expertise advising on commercial fraud litigation and is a leading practitioner in this area.
Mark is regularly instructed on high value, complex, cross boarder litigation and frequently advises clients on matters involving injunctive relief.
Mark has particular expertise in futures, derivatives and finance related litigation. He also advises on insolvency law and a wide range of commercial disputes.
Career
Mark joined Thomas Cooper in 2007, having qualified in the same year. He read Politics and History at Manchester University. He has been a commercial litigation practitioner since 2001.
