David provides a wide range of advice to professional football clubs on various matters such as compensation payments for out-of-contract players, permanent total disability claims and player work permit applications.
He also advises on negotiating and drafting agreements between high-profile football players and commercial entities.
David has extensive contacts throughout the professional football industry following a lengthy career in the game as a player and as a coach. He is experienced in dealing with matters arising from the Football Association Agents Regulations, along with issues surrounding breaches of both UEFA and FIFA Regulations generally.
David operates throughout the FA’s jurisdiction in the capacity of agent, representative and/or advisor to football clubs and/or players.
David is a Registered Lawyer under the Football Association Football Agents Regulations and a UEFA ‘A’ licensed coach.
