Nicholas is a partner in our London office and head of the commercial litigation department. Nicholas led the team in the successful appeal of Blue Sphere Global Limited and has considerable experience advising on complex commercial fraud litigation.
Nicholas is a commercial litigation specialist and his experience encompasses a wide range of commercial matters including all forms of security documentation, letters of credit, insurance and finance litigation. He also handles domestic and international arbitrations.

Career

Nicholas became a partner in 1981, some five years after he joined the firm as an articled clerk in 1976. He is Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights. Nicholas read law at Pembroke College, Oxford.
