Kelly is a partner and a member of the firm’s finance group. She advises in all types of corporate, finance and maritime transactions. Kelly is a member of the firm’s Singapore office but also works closely with the firm’s Athens office where she practised for over ten years.
Kelly acts for shipowners, financial institutions and corporations across an extensive range of sectors. She is a recognised specialist in commercial contracts, banking law (including secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated lending), joint ventures, project finance, acquisition finance and asset finance (including ship finance).
Career
Kelly became a partner in 2006 after joining the firm in 2000, following her move from Canada where she practised as an avocate. She is a fluent Greek and French speaker. Kelly read law at the University of Sherbrooke (Quebec, Canada) and is a qualified Quebec avocate and Greek lawyer. She is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
