Morgane Comellec-Badsi



Morgane qualified as a French Avocate in 2015 and joined Thomas Cooper’s Paris office in 2016.

Morgane handles international and domestic road, maritime and rail carriage disputes as well as insurance or freight forwarding casualties. She also assists transport industry clients in drafting commercial agreements, general terms and conditions and all types of contractual documents.

In addition to her legal experience, Morgane’s sailing experience allows her to handle yachting matters.


Prior to joining Thomas Cooper, Morgane worked for a French legal publisher where she was responsible for writing and coordinating a well-known legal book for transport matters, “Lamy Transport”. She also previously worked in the legal department of the French national railway company, SNCF, and for whom she handled a wide range of legal issues, including international passenger rail transport matters.

Morgane obtained a degree in both French and German law and a master’s degree in transport and maritime law. She is fluent in French, German and English.
